The Ox Jam is back to kick off summer right! Welcome back to your favorite late-night monthly jam session and Open Mic featuring some of Chicago’s most celebrated names in music curated by Josiah Maddox.
Come vibe with the band, grab the mic and join in, or bring an instrument and show us what you got. This is a creative space for all, brought to life by YOU.

Fét Lakaï Jazz Edition
Lakaï Dance Theatre is a dance company of the people. Lakaï Dance Theatre roots itself in stories of home in order to highlight the issues affecting our communities and neighborhoods. Fèt Lakaï launched in New York City to a sold out crowd in 2022.
Fét Lakaï Jazz Edition is the newest iteration of this series. Building upon our key value of community partnerships, we are collaborating with Jazz Musician and scholar, Adriel Vincent-Brown: The Force to create an elevated evening of performances, music, and community empowerment through art in Boston.

For Season 3 we are bringing the party to The Promontory with food by Johnny T's catering and keeping the party going til 2 am. You know the vibes!
Ox Jam Presents: The Black Futures Jam
Ox Jam's celebration of Black American sound featuring Alysha Monique and Erthe St. James.
This month we are paying homage to the legacy of Black American sound and the many influences that continue to shift music at large. Doors open at 6pm with special giveaways for the first people in the space.
We have food by Johnny T's, games and everything you need to make your Sunday perfect.
